Wanted 05 or newer TG
I have recently sold my boat and am in the market. Its killing me not having a boat. Does anyone out there no of any 05 or newer TG for sale? Also, would like some peoples opinions on 39 OL quatro vs TG. I love both boats but have had very little experience in either one.

Boat trader 38 in Afton OK. Has Zuls, It NEVER leaves the lift!!
Literally a Little old lady owns it. I meet them at a lunch spot. Very nice couple. Don't know how to post link sorry. |
I love that boat! And actually have been in contact with them. Hopefully it will go well!!!

Good deal. They were in the bar when we pulled up. Went to sit down and they started asking bout my Cig. I kind of half blew them off then Dad says- Mom loves to "Go Fast!!" and starts telling me about HER Cig. What a kick.

Hahaha. That's awesome. Wish my mom would be like that. She just keeps reminding me how much money I waste on boats. Hahaha. I made an offer and I hope they take it. Is the boat clean? Thanks for the reply

Awesome!!! I'm keeping my fingers crossed and hoping to hear some good news. I'm ready to go boating!!! Love the paint on the boat and curious to see what the Zuls will do. I hear nothing but good things about them

Both of those models seem to be moving fairly well, there's not too much inventory out there for either.
Regarding the differences (other than the obvious styling differences), I think you'll find the OL's will have a nicer cabin and be faster with power being equal. For this era boat, IMO the cigs generally had nicer paint and graphics, but that can go either way depending on the boat. I don't know about the 39 OL, but I can tell you the 37 OL has a massive stringer system in it as well, you're not going to break one of those boats, especially an epoxy boat... Very light and strong. The cigs will generally come with bravo junk, the OL's can be found with the same or 6's. I believe most of the 39 OL's were staggared, another big plus. If you're looking for a boat to run over 120 mph, I don't think either of these two would be my first choice, but both are beautiful boats and great performers in the rough. |
