Well I have bought my 3rd Cigarette in under 2 years....I just cannot stop buying these things....2000 T/S So the Café that I just dropped over 20K in is for sale, this is a great buy for someone. Very good buy.

LOL, Thanks for the compliment! Funny thing whenever I am looking it seems I have to pay top dollar, when I am selling I always seem to be in this situation...

I know, I know, I think I may be owning two Cig's for a while I cannot believe how many are for sale right now. Might be worth keeping at this point, One for the friends to use when they come over LOL..

I agree there are a lot of really nice cafe's on the market right now. Seems like only a couple months ago they were pretty slim pickens.
