This is close to what I would like to do. I could probably add those "pyramids" to my existing hatches and it would match the lines of the boat too.

I thought the Scoops were good looking. Still a place to layout down the middle and in front. Boat looked fast standing still.

Your boat and HustleThis (Hot for teacher) made me go this route, I think it looks good. I wanted to do a "wolf in sheep's clothing" look as I do not prefer the outrageous, but there just is not enough clerance under the hatch when you start piling stainless and aluminum on top of the engine.....
