What brand is that tent thing? I was going to do a awning like yours but going to do a building I hope in the next 2 years, don't wanna spend money on something I am gonna tear down wish my barn was bigger!

This will be the first winter it sits outside normally I store at buddy's buildings... Saving money for engines this year.

I had one of the above for years.

But it's no substitute for this:

ofcourse it's no substitute for a pole barn, but for the money and ease to erect it's a great alternative.

Other than that not much to do in my mind

What kind of heater? Whats your logic for that? Thinking of doing the same as long as it is safe.

I can't remember the name of the heater but it is one of the boat heaters that is spark proof. I didn't get it out this year because my engines are in my garage unfortunately. It comes on at temperatures under 45 degrees if I remember correctly.

My logic was always that just keeping some heat in there was good for hoses, belts, etc.... Don't know if it is worth a damn but I've never replaced a single belt or hose. Figured it was also just a "backup" in case I had a place where I didn't get good coolant penetration in a cooler or block....

EDIT - the brand is Xtreme heaters....

What you see a lot of in Fl. Buddy home built one for about half the price by getting his own corrugated and tubing than having a local exhaust shop bend his tubing.
