4000 looks !

Wow after 4000 views this boat is sitting? well not exactly LOL Key west,Sarasota, key largo, islamorada,ft lauderdale, miami. Now back in South Carolina. Plan on going to races in coco Beach, and key largo for memorial day, then jacksonville. Never let me down yet, and I am just shocked people buy junk and throw thousands into them as opposed to buying an 80mph turn key boat. No problems with the Xrs and just drained them again and put the new Mercury synthetic drive oil in. I guess i will just enjoy it !!

Hope fully now that the weather is cooperating I can get some activity and move up !!

I must be missing all the deals comparable to this at $65k !!

88bullet 04-13-2015 05:57 PM

plumbers crack 04-13-2015 06:14 PM

When are the coco races?

Biggus 04-13-2015 07:02 PM

That's a nice boat you've got there, it belonged to a good friend of mine for about 8 yrs or so. He liked to spend money on it and it was always maintained with an open checkbook.

plumbers crack 04-13-2015 07:16 PM

Thanks !! I think so also and I have seen some boats recently that I was interested in. The photo's were great the boats in person were stains. I really couldnt believe that they were seriously for sale and in mint condition !!! I don't misrepresent my stuff and I know what I have so I guess I will just use it and enjoy it till it sells. My house recently sold and have cash in hand but not going to be a 2 boat owner again although there is some nice deals out there. My boat is a 97 true but its paid for and runs !!

SS930 04-14-2015 11:20 AM

PC, I see you sent me a PM... I made some room in my PM box.

barron 04-15-2015 06:12 AM

Nice boat but I think the (FIRM PRICE) turns some people off. Everyone likes to negotiate .

plumbers crack 04-15-2015 06:26 AM

I am a no BS guy. If you have money buy it. I don't like games or negotiating (most are hiding behind a phone). I build and sell spec homes , the appliance package's in my homes are what I am asking for the boat. Not bragging just saying...........the Hardware on this boat is worth more than half of the price. Called Lipship, ordered new windscreen and will need a new mooring cover so its going back to Miami Friday.

I feel ya.

MIne has been for sale with me brokering Since Oct and with a Good and respected broker since Jan and priced were 2 other MAJOR brokers said to price it.

Yet it is still for sale and not a single water test.

Never been stored outside, a book of all records, and EVERYTHING up to date with receipts as well. Also a true turn key.

OH well.....taking her out this weekend.

harleyeater 04-15-2015 09:17 AM

It would sell quicker if a brokers commission were not involved, $6K correct ?

For me?

It is actually cheaper through my broker than when I listed it myself.

My personal listing.

Brokers listing.

Just cause it is with a broker does not mean it is jacked up to meet what I want. Don't assume what you really don't know. ;)

Yeah lol !!!

Absolutely use it !! Called Lipship and will be ordering new style windscreen and new mooring cover and then going to leave it at Marina for summer, I have most things booked already. If I still own it in June it will be in Jax for the poker run.

Hells ya buddy. I feel the same way

Beautiful boat I think the paint theme might be the only issue in selling it. What is lip ship charging for a windscreen? Tossing around the idea of doing it on mine

plumbers crack 04-17-2015 07:03 AM

$1500

SS930 04-17-2015 07:31 AM

The windscreen is about the best money you can spend on these boats, not only from a visual standpoint, but they make life in the cockpit (at speed) sooooooo much nicer!

soggy bottom 04-17-2015 07:34 AM

Do you have a pic of one installed on a Topgun.

frickstyle 04-17-2015 07:45 AM

Damnit i love your boat frick

frickstyle 04-17-2015 08:26 AM

Thank you. It looks a lot better with the running gear finally in it. Not trying to hi-jack your thread, good luck with the sale OP!

I fear they are going to have to bury me in mine. Anyone interested in buying when this thing is done??? I might put it up next year.....

dam thats some expensive appliances ..just saying my whole kitchen stainless top of the line was only 10k .. with extended warrentees .. ive looked at that boat several times , shes nice for sure ..

plumbers crack 04-19-2015 10:20 PM

2 48 inch sub zero's 1 refer,1 freezer 12k each !! so there's $24k alone. Never thought I would ever spend this much on appliances but for a 2million house GE won;t cut it !!

Thank's Rob, might keep it for this season, ordered windscreen and canvas . Actually might paint the sides as well and a few other things and just enjoy it. It runs great and has proven to be reliable regardless of the negative opinions on XR's.

Nice 300k top gun with xr's just listed. Funny they still build them brand new w xr's too ! Somebody is buying them .
