Cockpit Cover - Canvas - Top Gun

One last thing to do in a few weeks on the boat is to put a cover on it. Since everything is fresh, I have some options as far as where it attaches to the deck / gunnel.

Does anyone have a slick setup or idea to make connections look sleek and simple? I see there aren't too many options, looking for ideas.

Just a plain old 1990 Top Gun

Oh, it also has the windscreen on it now, so ideas of how to attach, maybe using the bracket that mounts the lexan? (is it lexan, i forget)

Please post any pictures, even if not a Cig, it's all relevant.

Well I just got done putting a windscreen on mine and needed a new cover. I thought I could have the guy make a pocket to slip over the windscreen so there would be no pressure on it. That just didnt work out, a dip in the canvas for water to collect was created. Went back to over the top of windscreen and I used all the old locations of the twist
locks for the new top. I can send some pics of the location but a competent canvas guy should be able to do it easily. Its pretty simple.

My guy here had all his teeth but little else in the brains dept. It took him 3 days LOL
