X dimension on top gun
 

I have a 1987 Top Gun with a straight transom, I bought the boat without power and drives so the transom is being filled in and I'm going to put bravos on it but i want to make sure that i get the x dimension right was hoping someone on here can help me out. even if its just how to measure it that would be great thanks.
