Hey Justin,
I was the first owner of your boat and would love to see some new pics when you get a chance. Did you have trouble finding the Bunnies in the graphics? Brad What props did you have on boat back then, and how did it run? It has imco boxes on now with imco lowers. Maximus 5 blades, I believe 30p. |
Justin
I had 30 lab finished Bravos, had great acceleration. 2nd owner put the boxes on it. Brad |
Justin29, what kind of speeds are you seeing with the boxes and 5 blades?

I ran 79-81 pretty consistent, props out. I switched them spinning in and best I saw was 83. It planes great either way and pulls good at all rpms. I plan on going to B1's after new power is in. |
Cool, thanks for posting. Would love to know how the B1's are in comparison. How long have you had the boat?

Hey Nauti, was it you in the playboy boat that came to south haven to pick up the 28 saber many years ago?
Came down and took the saber back to gh The playboy was always a fun boat |
We were the ones in the checkmate running next to him. I brought the boat back to our slip where you picked it up from. Your playboy was very nice boat

I am running Hydromotive PX5's on mine. I have Imco Lowers. I also have some B1's 4 blades. I get a better cruise speed out of the Hydro's. And that is typically where I run the boat. I spin the drives in. Which of course gives up a little bit of docking ability. My 500's are warmed up

The real Playboy's were black and silver with the wood floor. Nauti's was the real deal. Silver motors and drives from Mercury. Not sure but think there were only 3 of those. The white one with the silver boot stripe we sold to a customer in Boston and we did the Prochargers and the set up. very fast boat. Chris.
