That's a clean boat, not sure where the market is at these days that's the same price I paid for my Café last year

thisistank 02-17-2016 05:10 PM

That cafe is EASILY one of if not the nicest cafe on the market in recent years. Extremely low use/hours and it's one of the last cafes built...may even be THE last one built.

I think it's been for sale for a while because it's on the high end of pricing for the cafe market even though it's super nice.

I think it'd be a great ride as long as you had it surveyed and especially had someone look close at the motors. ;-)

Good luck on a purchase. Cafes are great boats. I've had a LOOOOOT of seat time in them.

You absolutely stole that thing. That's not indicative of the current cafe market. ;)

That is a very nice Cafe' at TNT, I may be over priced, but the money is there. If you are looking for a 35 you should check that on out. Have it surveyed and as thisistank said have someone check the engines.

carter38 02-18-2016 07:09 AM

I've got 2 cafes in the works a 89 and a 92. The 89 is a mild build and the 92 will be very nice with bigger power and drive combo. I also have a 89 bullet for sale as well.

I figured as much.... pulling engines this weekend for the clean up and minor upgrades

Back to OP took a look at that Café, very clean nice boat if your looking for a Café that's a nice one add up drives and engines you could not build it for that with a lessor boat to start with.

Just haven't had a lot of time to get on the computer and post with running my CNC shop during the day and boats in the evenings and having a my 14 month old son there's only so many hours lol. I keep most of it updated on my IG account. I've got 6 boats going as we speak.

The 92 café will be a sweet setup when completed in paint at the moment.

ohh wow 02-18-2016 03:56 PM

Carter38 does a great job. I bought my Café Racer - Carbon 70 Edition from him and it turns heads every where we go.

If I were looking for a Café I would contact Carter and see what he is building right now. You will not be disappointed.

Rhythm and Blues 02-18-2016 05:21 PM

Since I'm close I'm going to go sniff around this one in Sat.. Now I know Its got original power and drives but the hours are very low and its supposedly been a fresh water boat.. To the OP, just out of curiosity do you want a blower boat and are you prepaired for the top end maintenance intervils? I'm not sure but theres no trailer available w that 96 is there?

new to performance boating always center consoles

Welcome to the dark side, This could be the first sign that the center console trend is starting to fade out. It's rare nowadays to hear someone stepping into a performance boat from a center console.

Wow! That's beautiful. Did you buy it that way? That paint job is a copy of the 2000 TS gun "Miami Two Step".

PROTOTYPE28 02-20-2016 05:21 PM

I bought it like that and the paint was done by Vincent. Was redone 2000 and I have just added little touches and kept it up. Also had to put new lightning headers on it last year.

Yea, Vincent painted Miami two step as well. It was the 2000 Miami boat show boat and first twin step.
