As much as I hate to admit this publicly, he's right. The Bicycle wins hands down.

PS: My take is new owners do not take into consideration the $500.00 an hour in operating cost, in future maintenance and rebuilds that they have in store on top of the nut they already have.

I think it sells so often because the fit and finish is still one of the best if not the best cigarette has made. It also has taken its full depreciation. I can see each time it turns over the owner has done something to improve it. With that being said the boat is approaching 400 hours and the realistic price to sell fast is 229k-249K. At the current price it will be for sale for awhile. Remember I sold it out of refresh at a total of 115 hours for 225K. I don't believe it's ever sold for anywhere close to 300K since I sold it.

The reason it sells. The sellers so far have priced it to sell.

I'd like to see someone drop a pair of Merc 1100's in it.

You sold it for 225. I have a guy one day too late and offered the buyer 15k more and my buddy would've picked it up from you directly. But the buyer declined and ended up flipping it for around 50k more if I recall correctly.

It's a cool boat for sure.

On a side note, I've always loved the bicycle. That little 28 is just a clean, good looking boat with a lot of bang for the buck!! Maybe it'll be for sale soon ;)

Are you ever getting back into perf boating? Would always be good to have someone to run with around CLE, although there's no way I could ever keep up. Maybe with the next boat..... (OL?)

Hard to say. I almost bought an MTI but didn't. Sure was a lot of boats out running around 8 years ago. Seems like the boats have decreased. I'm heavily involved in a development on PIB right now so until I complete that in a couple months I'm to busy to do much of anything.
