I have no first hand knowledge of bulk head issues with them. I do know this. They pop up from time to time and unless you're getting the stripped down and beat up one for basically free it may be worth it to look into one of the ones that are actually seaworthy. The price point on them are low. In other words, you're going to be waaaaaay more into a total restore on one than it'll be actually worth. Just my .02

Likely decribes thi boat, but it ha Bravos according to the sales rep.

Is it a twin or triple engine setup? If it's been sitting like that hanging off the back of the trailer for 9 years I'd check the hull out for a hook

Good point. It's triples, and has been on a lift of some kind, probably bunks, so...

Skater, I'm told the pics are from 2-3 years ago, in it's 'better' days. It has been sitting since, paint faded and interior wasted. Engine need $5500-6000 of work.

Owner isn't likely to appreciate any offer I'd make him on this project.

Owner 'isn't' likely to appreciate any offer? Is that a typo? If not, why are you going to offer anything?

5500-6000 worth of engine work.... by whos estimate? Just my opinion, but i would double or triple any of those estimates. Also paint should be the last thing as what good is a beautiful paint job on a trailer. There is also a reason the revolutions werent a huge seller, its a love or hate design, same as the bubble boat. Unless you specifically want a unique boat and are prepared to invest in it and own it for a quite a while, i would steer clear of it.

Exactly, what does 5-6k do, that is 2k a motor. That doesn't cover much more then oil, plugs, cap rotor. Even doing it yourself. You may have enough left over to buy a case of beer.......alright maybe a 12 pack.
