Does anyone know anything about the Top Gun for sale in Ohio?

I found out its from Dallas
the current seller has owned it for over 10 years
and from what ive gathered he rarely uses it, hence the sale

Just curious if anyone knows anything more about it.

I am lining up a survey (Greg Group)

Do you have a link for the ad? Someone here can probably help you out, if we new what boat specifically you are looking at.

Should survey good, Mark rarely uses it and it's always fully covered on a lift or in his shop heated storage, I bet he puts 5 hours a year if that ..

No, i have a few concerns after talking to the surveyor. Waiting for the final report from him before moving forward.

Still interested... With all due respect to the seller, how did it come out? Info would be greatly appreciated!

Seller was very upfront with me about the survey, and he was working on getting the issues taken care of immediately. I'll leave out the details, but I believe he sold it.

If by some chance he didn't I wouldn't discourage anyone from looking at it!

I drove to Ohio last Saturday to see this boat in person. It was raining 'off and on' throughout the day... So, in between showers I got to take a decent look at her. She showed better than
the pictures. The owner was pleasant, easy to talk to, and dealt with me showing up in the rain (at the last minute.). IMO, you'd be hard pressed to find a cleaner unmolested Top Gun at that pricepoint. I'm in the shopping process--- If I decide on a Top Gun, it'll be the top one on the list.. BTW, that's the original gelcoat, and the design on the side that appears to be black
is actually a very very dark, desirable green. Again, she truly shows better in person. My $.02

Yes the boat has always been very well taken care of and Marks a nice guy easy going.
