Cafe Racer in Campbellsville, KY?

I just passed by a cafe racer right outside of Campbellsville Kentucky with a for sale by owner sign. Does anyone know anything about it? It looked really clean but I was going 65 LOL

Anthony will be the guy under the big black hat. That is his car lot across from the boat also in the event you miss him there.
