That's awesome! I bet there are lots of long term owners that will chime in. Probably some other short term owners trying to run 85 instead of 70 that have had their motors out annually... At least.

Way to go! Sounds like a good run.

Ive had my tiger now for 11 years, gone through everything, and its heading to be totally repainted in a few weeks. With the new power and speeds its a totally diff animal now.

I think I've had my cafe for 9 years. Second set of motors, and one of my super chargers is at DMPE right now. Second trailer, third truck. It's definitely worn now and needs interior, gauges, etc...... Doubt I see myself selling it - will probably keep it for the kids to enjoy and grow their passion with.

Bought my Donzi brand new in 2005. I did a lot of upgrades. It's kind of cool to have owned the boat since new and know everything about it.

My uncle was the original owner of my 1990 cafe racer and owned it until 2009 before giving it to me with a blown motor and soggy transom. I had it back in the water in 2011 with new motors and drives, and owned it up until February 16' when a tornado destroyed it.

Got my '85 Scarab III in '95 with 85 legit hrs. on it. Been through 4 sets of motors (always bigger), 2 trucks. Too many upgrades to mention. Wouldn't think of giving it up even though it needs a full cockpit redo.
