Cigarette Logo Help.

I am working on a project with my new (to me ) boat and I need the oval cigarette logo with the black oval and red #1 with the background translucent. I can't get the background out of the file. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You might want to check out "fastdecals.com". They have lots of options, effects and sizes.
