Wow, that turned into a hornet's nest !! But, I have to say you are making that a one of a kind. It is going to be killer when finished. Why not run it around in the primer? All the street rodder guys do it now days. My brother ran his 48 Ford all over the place for 10 years ! LOL

2 years ago I was ready to hang my 15 hp outboard off the back and use it as a sail boat :D..... This is hopefully a once and done. We are trying to prep as much as we can before paint so we can paint it then put it back together and not have to keep taking it apart. The worst part about the whole process is that we had no intention of doing all of this. Had we made that decision from the start this would have been faster and easier. We kept working around all of the rigging, wiring ect. forever, and even had the boat re rigged at one point. So now we have a mess of rigging because we were trying to keep it intact and just pulled it all out in one giant heap, fully expecting to be able to just put it back..... Oh well lesson learned, we can't go back so we are pushing forward. |
What motors and drives you have for it?
