Yeah, the colors are a little tough, hard to believe someone ordered it with that combo. But to each their own. It does look clean from the PICS

It has a few battle scars on it now and that mint green is everywhere.

It looks like they had a mishap or two while docking.I'm sure a good painter could make it look good. Have the broker send you some good close up pictures of the boat.
