There are a lot of wealthy people in Europe and Asia so boats that we would repair/restore are more or less disposable to those type people.

It's not just this. There's a MAJOR lack of infrastructure to support the care and service these type of boats require. Storage, transportation, exterior maintenance and the big one, performance mechanics are all lacking in other parts of the globe. Even in 1st world areas in Europe its difficult to care for these boats unless you're in a specific area that specializes in them.

I was with the owner of “smokin” last week.
the paint was literally falling off the boat. He took all the graphics off with a razor blade. There’s plenty of pics around of the old paint and it can be painted back the way it was if someone wanted.

Found this looking a little sad in NJ yesterday.

The only chance of that ever seeing the water again will be if some one turns it into a cc. I remember when the refresh was just done and pics were posted on here. Someone put a lot of coin and time into it. It was sweet! It made me want one... ;)

Keep the paint on the sides, cut the deck out and throw triple 450’s on it. That one they did in the islands is bad azz.

I hear ya, so the boat recently sold? Would you happen to have any good pics showing the whole side of the boat?

Email me, I’ll get some. Going over there this week the current owner is friends with the last owner and has been servicing it for years.

That's a real shame someone had done a really nice job on that boat. Revos aren't everyone's cup of tea, but a lot had gone into that one. Shame to see it sitting under the pines.....

Agree. there were a couple other neglected looking perf boats around it as well.

For the most part, the hull itself/paint still look quite good, but the boat is completely gutted.
