These messed stripped down, I got the stuff to do it just time consuming

Huh? "must be stripped down", Is that what you meant? Cause of all the corrosion, or?.... Do you have to sand them smooth?

Just curious, I have decided to scuff and shoot mine, see how they hold up. The process is pretty involved to take it down to bare metal, and if you don't get it right, you get to do it all over again in a season or two. It's pretty hard to get into all the voids/pitting, etc without the proper solvents/prep work. I am sure you know what you're doing though, I'll just keep to myself.

it’s all good, I did the parts on the Baja, stripped all that too... it’s not bad to do, whine back of the boat lookedcnew!

Oh the good old days.....good times good times....it never gets old watching your wife face plant from the sundeck to the floor and pops up like nothing ever happened. ....lol

why not send it to a blaster? personally think your wasting your time with stripper and razor blades if it’s that bad.

I have a about 6 hours into stripping, not too bad, the reason I do so much myself even if it takes a while, is I HATE waiting on others.... 4 days turns into 3-4 weeks... all the time.... I cannot handle that... rather do ,myself and get my boat done, I am not one to miss seasons waiting on others... so few can come through in a timely manner...
