Default Old School paint on 'newer school" boat": Gladiator...

Thoughts on a similar paint 'hockey stick' job on a Gladiator? Would it work?

There was that one that had an ACTUAL Gladiator painted on it. Thank goodness THAT one got a makeover.
It looked like it was an extra on a Lord of the Rings movie, and was holding out for a part in Game of Thrones.

IMHO, the retro "hockey stick" stripes would look great on the sexy lines of a Glad especially if the stripes are in the right proportion. Definitely would stand out and be time-less..

It would work on the sides of the boat. But, not so sure on the hatch of a staggered Glad with scoops.
