Exhaust tips
 

Whats everyone running? Where is the best place to buy? I feel I have searched the web for a couple weeks now and still haven’t found anything I like.

There are a nice set of 4" Gil thru-hull tips with mufflers on the Powerboat Swap Shop Facebook page right now. Came off of a friend's gun. Looked great on his boat but were a little quieter than he liked.

Agreed, I have the transom mounts and love them, great sound and can still hear in the cockpit, they also have a new one for higher HP engines.

If you are looking for used, you just have to take the best that you can find out there. If you are looking for new, you might call IMCO Marine in San Dimas, CA. Tell them what you want or design it and they will probably be able to make it for you. Had a friend that was looking for special length tips because of his hydraulic steering. Called them and they were good to make up what he was looking for. Their stuff is good and pretty much inline with all the others price wise (even if they custom make it for you). Plus they make most everything in house and have a quick turnaround.

I went with the Borla exhaust tips..... The sound is great and they look good too.

I’ll be listing corsa 4” tips for sale soon. They have solenoids for quiet select. Not sure what the retail for so I don’t know asking price yet. They came off a 94 top gun.

I have the factory ones around my shop somewhere if someone is interested. These are the air actuated ones.. I am sure the pump is trash and the tips probably need a good cleaning but just gathering dust here.
