Default cafe rebuild



This is where it started damn this is a project!!! one man operation working evenings after work and weekends.



after a lot of hours and thanks to Glass Dave for advice all damaged areas are under primer



I had to paint it in pieces I could not handle spraying too much at one time



thanks Glass Dave the masks came out great!!







After many months final wet sand and buff is all that's left with the paint



Bilge is all repainted and ready for rigging



Ready to get loaded and taken to dyno


540 Cubes


spent a 10 hour day with Dean Nickerson at the dyno running 2 motors. Nice to finally hear them run

Great work! I spent a lot of time on that boat. Some of it in the bilge lol

Thanks OSO people I will post more pictures when i get a chunk of progress done. right now waiting on some power coating for bilge parts, about a week and half worth of work from having the bilge complete so the first motor can be set in. I'll post more pictures before i drop in the 1st motor. the complete cockpit interior, sun pad and some cabin parts are at upholstery shop getting a new look. before too long it should all really start to come together now.
