Yes, sold and headed to it's new owner back at LOTO where she came from. Sad to see her go but it's another step towards something else.

Anyone know the history on #10 in Toronto.
It is listed with the broker that has the listing for my Fountain. |
Don't know the full history, but did go look at it in the spring. Current owner has had it a while and kept it nice. Pretty sure, if I remember correctly, its been a freshwater boat since day 1. Motors are sealed and haven't been opened up yet either.

What props do these hulls tend to respond well to?... 4 or 5 blade? cup/labbing? Just got mine re-tuned after removing the Vortechs... had stock 30p B1's. Currently just 500EFI's with bigger cams. Tried BBlades 4-speed 26 and 28 pitch. And B1 28 pitch. Ran 75mph with 4-speed 26 pitch, but was tad too small. 28 4-speed was just too much pitch. 28 pitch B1 got on plane the best, was a little short on rpm's at WOT.

2000 35 Top Gun Mayhem is number 7 of 10 and is located in NJ. I looked at that boat in July of 2024. Boat needs a lot of work. I hope someone is willing to restore it. The boat deserves to be re-done but at what expense?
|
I currently own number 8, 2000 35 Top Gun with the Patriot graphics.
|
Eric, can you post a pic please?
|
Yep, same one we owned Lonnie, it's the only Patriot 35. But last I heard it went back to Texas? Last pic I saw the platform was not on it anymore?

Thanks Hoss. The reason I wanted to see it is because I still have the original boat brochure along with the Cigarette leather case for the boat.
|
Eric, PM me your address and I’ll mail it to you.

Hi, I’m new to offshoreonly. I’ve tried to post a picture of the boat but the system wouldn’t allow me. (I need at least 10 posts) I’ll post pictures of the boat when the system allows me to.
Yes this is the boat from Texas. As you know it was sold to a guy in LOTO. From there it went to Lake Saint Clair Michigan. I purchased the boat just over a year ago and now it’s in Long Island. It’s still in beautiful condition and runs great. |

Cool deal. She was a beautiful time capsule for sure. I sold it to the guy in LOTO where it orig. came from. Knew it went to Michigan because I got a call from the buyer at the time asking about her. From there I knew it was for sale again but could have sworn it was on a trailer back at my old home lake in Houston without the platform on it.
Glad to see she's still in good hands. |

Yes, I can assure you the boat is in great hands. I’m an ex Chevrolet Tech, Marine mechanic and new car dealership service manager so this stuff is in my blood. I get compliments on this boat everyday I have it out. I just hate to use it in salt water but it’s never left in overnight. It’s always pulled, flushed and washed. Whatever it needs it gets. It’s definitely a time capsule and it’s rare. So I intend to keep it perfect. I’d like to speak to you one day Dave and I hope I can get in touch with Maximus.

00TG what was the asking price for Mayhem, I cant PM you with your low post count

Small world, I am a service director but for Ford, she was a great ride, classy...not a race winner lol but a great boat. 72, set it and forget about it lol.
Getting back to the good stuff, Yes, I’ve had the boat up to 72mph. I was out last Saturday, the air is getting a crisper here in NY. I looked at the GPS and didn’t realize I was running 70mph. The boat still had more to go but I was running out of room. I think I could have gotten a little more out of it. |
F-2 Speedy Mayhem
If I remember correctly the seller was asking 65k for Mayhem. The boat was listed on Facebook Marketplace. It does have number 6 drives.

Dont worry about Salt Water. Just do what you’re doing with flushing, and you will be fine!! Check out the CP Performance closed cooling kits. You will sleep so much better. enjoy the boat, looking forward to seeing pictures….. |

Yes, I saw that your a service director in a past post. I miss the business a little but I don’t miss the problems that come with it. Can’t find good techs, always putting fires out with customers and the sales department. Getting a phone call after the shop was closed because a salesman hit the lift controls in the shop floor and now a car is hanging off the two post lift. Plus trying to keep your CPL hours up with these newer vehicles that don’t require much maintenance. It’s a battle. lol!!

We were around 11-1200 ft. here at my home lake in the hill country of San Antonio. She should have Bravos on her not 6's unless someone blessed her with some stupid power lol. https://cimg3.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.off...3e1bc70e61.jpg https://cimg8.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.off...e6966ee03a.jpg |

Hossman, yes the boat is still the same. Bravo 1 outdrives, 26 pitch props and the same engines. All turn key reliable stuff if you done abuse it. Thanks for posting those pictures.
I replied to Speedy earlier about the 2000 35 Cigarette called Mayhem. That boat had the number 6 drives on it and Pat Musi blower motors. I’ve heard it ran somewhere around 110 mph in its day. |
35 Top Gun Patriot
Somewhere along line with different owners the trailer was sold off. That’s a nice looking trailer. Wish it came with the boat.

Very nice Scott, looks like a clean boat. I just sent your post over to a friend of mine. I know he’s looking. Best of luck.

Yeah, I wish I had that trailer. It would be great to make a trip back to LOTO for the June Cigarette rendezvous. It’s about 1100-1200 mile trip, not too bad.
The boat still looks amazing. It had a few gel coat chips and two very small interior tears. It’s all repaired now. The rest of the interior still shows very well. The next time I have the boat out I’ll take a few more better pictures. |
Nice boat Hooter!
