Help for my cig colors

Hi everyone,
I'm a very happy and proud owner of 1992 35 cafe.
she only has 350hours and still her very nice factory color scheme. But it gets a little matte and before doing anything wrong with a machine I would like to be sure that those aren't some vinyls.
And I was also wondering about my cig logo on the side, do you guys thing the number 1 and the green outline are paint or it is some vinyl also ?

x2 unless someone messed with it...but from factory should be all paint.
