Eric, I lost my lift arm files in a bitcoin computer virus scam years ago. I have a few models, but would have to start over from scratch.

Pic of lift arm - the guys in NY did this, I think they got out of this work years ago. I do not have the file for this one. Used pics of Cigs for visual reference and then just designed to scale best I could. (I did not do the arm, or design it, just the slide assembly, which had ALOT of hours in it!)
XT put a nice black rubber spacer in between the slide assy and the fiberglass underside of the hatch, looks professional. That flat alum plate is hidden under the hatch pad, with notches cut into it so it locks the head of the bolts in place. May be better to make it in stainless and tack weld the bolts to it so if you needed to remove it. Ah, just little stuff like that, hindsight. There's a Cig script machined into the rear portion of the arm. This bolted into the factory mounts that tie down into the stringer. Pretty simple. No one realizes how long all this stuff takes, certainly a hobby for the patient.... https://cimg4.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.off...6d621ed967.jpg https://cimg7.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.off...4168fb79f6.jpg |
Awesome thanks. The guy who is doing all my machine work has one drawn up. It is crazy how much Time goes into these projects. It will be really nice when it’s done thanks again !!! |
https://cimg1.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.off...4ed24026b.jpeg After a ton of sanding and grinding on the walls and transom started the filler process of smoothing out the bilge not worried about the floors I have the laser cut plates that will get glued on and I don’t want filler on the floor we’re water sits. It’s going to be a super thin coat after sanding just enough to smooth it out a bit https://cimg2.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.off...eb006954b.jpeg |
