Default I bought a cigarette boat looking for info about? Any help

I bought a 1978 cigarette mistress . Looking for history or any info about it? Someone told me it was in Louisiana at a time.

Almost 100% someone added those, they do not look like factory ones of the era, I may be wrong but never seen them like that style, or 3 in a row.
