My boat was 12600 lbs. with 200 gallons of fuel and fully loaded to go boating on the trailer. I figure I took about a thousand pounds out of it when I re-did it. But my drive train is very heavy around 300 to 400 lbs heavier than yours.
I do have a light layup or Kevlar boat and yours is a standard layup.

Tall deck Dart blocks, aluminum heads, blowers, boxes and old Arneson drives with 16 inch drop boxes. We put the stuff on with a fork lift.

So 10,500lbs without fuel Kris?
That's super light.
My 33 Baja was 12k on the trailer.
I don`t know what you took out but it was a lot! lol
My tanks were about 1/4 full at that weigh in.
