Getting closer! Stereo's almost done. Lights are in - went LED's above water and bellow water and in the engine compartment. Gonna be bright AF at night.

I don’t think they do actually. They’re Fosgate marine but No LED I’m pretty sure. |

That is what we did, rented a condo with a slip and stayed the week. Had a nice time, good food and nice people.

We did the week from Shoot Out to Labor day once or twice. Had a Blast- BUT bring a spare Liver- its Hard on a MoFo for sure.

Well, it lives. Daughter and husband out in the cafe all day today shaking
it down in havasu. Looks like fun, wish I was there lol not all done. Goes to paint in a couple weeks and gets seadek put in. Few little things to button up but it’s wet! even caught them in the channel on the web cam. heading out Thursday to havasu to run the boat for 12 days! Looking forward to it getting a good detail, interior deep cleaning, seadek floors in and paint all fixed (the deck is going to be re-shot and the sides will get dock rash addressed). Then it will be on like donkey kong. But the test run for motors / drives / rigging / etc. went well. Ran from upper river down to havasu yesterday again. About 45-50 miles. Beached up for a bit. Let the kids swim. Weather is 90 water calm light boat traffic. Great day. Staying in havasu through Monday now.

Great day on the water yesterday. Boating in mid October in havasu doesn’t get much better!
few of us headed south on havasu to a place called 3-dunes, basically just down from the Parker damn. Nice run from the nautical resort. It was blowing about 25 mph so made the ride more fun for the cig since it loves the chop. Buddies took their 30 American offshore, pontoon boat, 30 sea ray and 29 magic and we all beached up and hung out a while. Then a buddy of mine arrives in his DCB M35 with 1550’s and wants to take me for a ride. I grab my daughter her friend and my 11 y/o and we do a few hot laps. Been a while since I’ve been on a 1350/1550 merc boat. Damn those this pull like a freight train! Ran his boat up to 161 no problem. It did low 190’s when first built and tested and was / is the fastest DCB built. B*tchen boat. we’ve put some mileage on the cig this week!! Ran every inch of the lake from havasu spring to needles and then some lol. Few things to address, it’s under propped with 4 blade 26’s on it and it goes to paint next week and the seadek. Gotta figure out a short in the new dash which shouldn’t be a big deal. But damn this things running solid oh, and if anyone wants to know how those wings made by max machine works worked out, all I have to say is WOW. boat jumps up on plane no problem, hugely reduces any porpoise. Don’t need to run tab to 90% of the time. Can’t believe the difference in rose they make.
