I think Eddie Marine would have something that would work. Good luck.

Tank, those are real hard to find. Not made anymore. I was able to get one from phil out of his parts bin, but that was probably 4-5 years ago? Could try him, might have one off a redo.
If you find a viable solution, please post it. |
Have Yankey make you one. It will be amazing if you do. https://www.facebook.com/YankeyCustomBillet/

Anyone know where I can get one of these battery switch doors. I will settle for the whole package but I just need the door or even the latch. I've checked perko and can't find it.

Tank, if that's the same latch you have I'll tell you where you can find one........on a vintage Coleman metal cooler.

Tank, will this latch work? Its hard to tell from the picture what yours is like.

I’m gonna have to take a closer look at it when I go back out to havasu. The pic I posted isn’t my boat it’s just a pic of an access door. Phil told me yesterday that there’s different latches that were used. But the door is sticky too and doesn’t sit flush which bothers me. Whole thing just kinda looks like sh*t lol.
Kelly, it may be something like that. jim that’s the glovebox latch. I’ve thought about using that and making it work but I think it’s be a PITA to get to work right. I’m kinda liking the billet eddie Marine complete package style if I can find one. That would look nice. |

Tank, here is the latch I have on mine. I'm not sure what the Cafe's came with, but if you don't have any luck with Eddie Marine. You might check this option out with West Coast Offshore.

If that’s the latch you have Phil should have those.
Same pop up, turn to unlatch that’s in the cabin/cooler/glove box door. |
so, turns out the perko latch jim posted is the wrong one. But while I was figuring that out bencini231 (Chris) on here reached out to me and said he had a door and latch in his garage. Text me a pic and low and behold not only is it the correct latch and door it’s custom painted and matches our boat colors. Worked out a price and he’s gonna ship it out. Power of OSO comes through again. Thanks Chris!

That looks like a old window latch.

SC WAKE. they’re in havasu. I dont know the cost yet. But they now have the measurements for a cafe. Give em a call.
https://scwake.com/team-sc-wake-sead...avasu-arizona/ You would never know it but my tiger is asymmetrical as hell! Of course the floor has been out in my boat. When I did my Marine mat, we did a couple of the mylar templates to really get it right. Turned out good....... |
Seadeck I put in my Gladiator
|
And they had to do it twice to get it to fit perfect...$1000...

Foot rest

That's because i'm a perfectionist.

I would think they would want to template every one individually. You never know when things are a quarter inch off here or a quarter inch off there.

Lucky Strike, who did yours? I am in Illinois so I would feel safer making a template to be sure it fits perfect.

ill post some pics when it’s in. They do the template thing too. If it’s cost affective and comes out good, worth an inquiry.

Definitely, post some pics as soon as you get it done. Did they have any issues doing the "Cigarette" logo?
all legitimate and trademarked up and what not. 😁😁👍 |

I think you’d be fine same era / model boats. Only concern I’d have would be the bolsters. I mean if the bolsters are 1” off in any direction you’re kind F’d I suppose. But as far as deck and cabin I think you’d be fine. Most places do that paper template thing anyway. These guys came out and measured it themselves so that was cool.
Yes, I didn't have the luxury of having someone close enough to measure so I had a couple trial and error templates. Bolsters were definitely wonky..... https://cimg7.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.off...28255811c.jpeg |
One advantage to marinemat is that it snaps in and can be taken out but same material as SEAdeck but not glued .
ZOOM, I spent an hour at a place on the way home from LOTO, they measured everything and 2 weeks later I got a quote for $4000. not including any logos. I wasn`t born yesterday. Seems most charge $1500-$2k |
