TS stands for Twin step which is the bottom configuration, Top Gun is the model name, early Top Guns had straight bottoms without steps, some also had notches in the last foot or so before the end of the transom. Cafe Racer is also the model name but were never offered with steps, some only a rare few were produced with a notch.

Boat was in Houston TX. That’s a wrap on it. Looks great. I went and looked at it to buy but it had a motor failure. They put a new motor in and it sold shortly after that. It’s got 540’s making about 600ea and bravo ones upgraded to xr’s. Cabin and cockpit are clean. I believe he had cockpit redone a few years back. Overall it’s a clean Cafe and the graphics on that wrap look great especially coming out of the inlet like that!
I have several pics of it I can post.

Carter’s is top notch for Cig restoration! (Just saying)

I know I`m supposed to ignore the open hatch but I can`t . Why is the hatch open at speed!?!

I think mine would rip off if I did that

im guessing it was broken and started flapping but the ram was still holding at some point. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Lucky that thing didn’t go flying off!

The amazing thing is they are running along like nothing is wrong, plus someone photographed it and let them go.
