2007 to 2012 39' TG open or Top Fish fuel burn?

Anyone give me an idea of top speed and what these fuel burn at optimum cruising? Which 39' CC manufacture can get up to almost 2mpg at optimum cruising?

TG or TF CIG configured as merc:
triple 300's
triple 275's
triple 400's

Also how much share does that T top shelter you from the sun?
