Random question. I look at pics and see nothing but high end hardware. Anyone bring any all original survivors? My 87 cafe is an 8 out of 10 and is all original with close to 700hrs on the original mills because I'm not hard on her. I have a house at loto and been here all my life and most events here are competition for who has more cash and its incredibly clicky down here. Old boat means poor man so was curious since this event brings people from all over....if it's a breath of fresh air and not the typical loto snobs like in some of the poker runs we used to do. I really have wanted to do this event for years but past events have kind of ruined it for me.
Would love to meet some fellow owners as I could talk shop all day. I'll be the last guy to every stop most likely because I dont run hard :) |

While the majority of the boats are newer high end pieces there’ll be several old school rides there as well. We’ll be there in my old tub so roll on out. |

well in the water tomorrow and see if they work lol. Then on the road Tuesday if all goes well. |
I'm sure in a group that big you will find everything from snobby jackasses to some of the greatest guys on Earth all impassioned by a killer boat brand. The bulk will probably fall into the latter category.
Everyone loves Cafes and many there will have had one during their history of ownership that I guarantee they will want to talk to you about. I'd go with an open mind and I'll bet you have fun. I wish I could go, just can't do it right now, but I bet even a dorky accountant like me could find a few friends...... |
