Desert Storm 2021
 

My Daughter and I have an air bnb in Havasu for Desert Storm but our ride backed out and my Cafe Racer won't be ready. I'd be happy to pay for all fuel if someone could use a crew of two.

We’ll be there but boats full between the family and payupsucker flying on to run with us. May want to try river Dave’s. LOTS of people on there will be in town.

what’s going on with your cafe?

The floor is pulled out to service the waste water system. The original tank had corroded through and I think the pumps are shot. I'm prepping the sides for new graphics. I could probably finish by Desert Storm but with my limited experience in the Cafe I'm not sure I want to be learning to drive on such a crowded weekend. I was planning on bringing the Axis but it's a long drive and we only have Amanda and me left so I thought I'd see if anyone wanted us aboard.

Amanda's been to Havasu many times but this will be my first visit.

Ah, understand. Havasu is a little different from a lot of poker runs in that the destination really is your boat, not just point A to point B like many runs. People running up river to Pirates or down lake to 3 dunes or steamboat or havasu springs. Lots of boating for the weekend. There will be a lot of eye candy though for sure.

Looking forward to seeing how the Cafe comes out.
