38 3man Race / NJ / Black w/ flames
 

Anyone know who had this boat for sale?
38ft stagger 3man. All black w/ flames on the sides. From 1979?
It was on CL about a month ago.

Was that the Bad Moves ?

Was it not sold with or w/o power a couple of years ago by kid Apache or Apache Kid (whatever his screen name was) banned if I recall correctly???

Was it ever determined if this boat had any race history?

I know that LaSassa (kidapache) had a different paint job on his Bad Attitude than on Another Bad Move. The paint job on the one for sale is very very similar to Another Bad Move but I asked the old owner of Another Bad Move and he says that his boat was Black Thunder before and before that the blue Danger Zone, the last 37,6x pulled in 1987. Since the one for sale is a 1979 it can´t be Another Bad Move unless I'm totally off in the lineage 🤷🏻‍♂️

I recall the black with flames boat that said Bad Attitude, a guy in I think North Carolina bought it, when he was selling it had a wrap on it, no power and #5’s. Then it ended up for sale at Cobra with no drives. The dash on this boat looks the same and the bilge is the same color. Is it the same boat? Looks like a lot of fun
