Between work getting in the way and time delays in getting parts, this project is taking longer than I thought lol. Finally got carbs back, now another day of repair/glass work.

Everything in the engine compartment was! lol
Transom, stringers and bulkhead all got to be replaced. Added a couple extra weeks labor, but we ordered enough plexus, Penske boards and fiberglass and resin just in case it was. So no unforeseen extra cost yet.

Did not make the original completion goal of Christmas. Had some jobs/work come up unexpectedly and wife decided we should go to Key West for Christmas week!!!! So new completion goal is Valentines Day!

Not Cigarettes,,, but we did take the Carver out for Lake Lanier Boat Parade!!! Pretty much year round boating here!!!

What are the black things at the lower end of the Vee on the transom?

Factory water pickup. We are changing to ss pickups
