My guess is the organized Rendezvous will go to Coconuts and to The Cave.
You should download the Lake Locator App
LOTS of choices!!!!! Those already posted by others PLUS in no particular order.......
Paradise(one of the best views on the lake and decent food and drinks)
Capt Ron's (home of the Shootout, good docks, nice beach, imo, food sux)
Bear Bottom (Good food, HUGE nacho's, cheap good drinks and water slides and small pool bar)
Dock Knocker's (dive bar ish with decent food/drinks and crab legs)
Boat House (nice smaller pool bar, good food and good docks.
Fish Co. (good food/drinks and Dale Blue performs in the afternoon),
Jolly Rodgers (good food/drinks)
Margaritaville (2 nice pools, one adult w/ bar and good views)
Camden on the Lake (Home of SuperCat Fest, nice pool bar and has some big bands and good shows on the weekend nights)
If the weather looks iffy, Capt Ron's and Boat House both have covered docks.
By land, Tucker's and Shuckers and Casablanca(incredible pizza) are both on the Bagnell Dam Strip. Wicked Willies is decent and so is Pablito's for mexican food.
Cool places to boat and anchor/swim are Haha Tonka cove way up the Niangua 17mm ish, Hanging Basket Cove around the 7-8mm of the Grand Glaize, and Snake Cove aka Hidden Cove at the 26mm.
With limited time, I would make sure to hit Backwater Jacks, Dog Days, Cave, Tap & Grill and then hit other places close to them as time allows. Hitting 3 spots in a day for a few hours each is fairly easy to do.

I'll throw something up here for stops on Thursday, let me look at the map. Possibly do a morning run up the river one way, then make some stops on the way back down with an early afternoon raft up somewhere. That way early arrival people can meet up whenever they want to.
Can we coordinate locations live on the Lake App? (Like a position tracker for each person?)
I'll leave Sunday open as plans change and I don't want to be responsible for coordinating after we're all run ragged from 3 days of LOTO....

FWIW Dog days is a good spot to watch the action, especially before it goes no wake on Friday afternoon. Try to get up in the shade at the rail by the pool side restraunt and you will find no better spot to watch boats as they head into the state park. Paradise is good but it can get rough in there. I have seen no debris in the water thus far which is unsual for this time of year and the water clarity is nothing I have seen in 25 years. When you can see the catfish on the bottom of a cove in 8' of water on M-day its not common. If no debris head to the state park for a run, watch for the partially submerged trees are flagged off toward the shore.
