Anyone know how to remove this block?
 
The bottom where bolts are is glassed over.

What have others done? Would like to do new powder coat.

Its a pain in the ass. The bolt usually breaks especially in saltwater use. Then under the rail are two screws that screw into the fiberglass that hold the block. These blocks are sold at lipship and are 23.50 each.

I guess the two screws will have to be drilled out?
