Cigarette HIN's

I know that this has been covered before, but if my HIN is:CRT31B26B888 Was it made in August of 1988? What number Bullet is it? In other words, what does the 26B8 stand for?

I know that they only made 68 Bullets and with 1988 being the first year, I would like to know what # it is!
