Questions on a 42 Tiger
I am looking at trading my 37 OL for a 2000 42 Tiger with #6's and no power. The boat is "Nauti-Kitty" Does anyone have any info on that boat? What kind of power to get to 90? Does the tigers have any room in the cockpit? Every pic I see makes the cockpit look really small. Do tigers have enclosed head?
Thanks, Mat |

Matt-I have a 1998 Tiger with full cabin. The cockpits are a liitle smaller than a Top Gun,but still plenty of room for 4-6 people. To get 90mph out of it with #6's I think you will need 900hp or more.Great rough water boat and fun to drive, but you need power to have fun with it.Give me a call if I can help 410-430-3758--Rob

I owned nauti-kitty and did the retrofit w/ dual helm last year. Had a pair of 1200s in it. With 5-blades herrings we did 105-107. Excellent rough water boat, you won't be disappointed! Went to a 42 OL with 1200s, now going to skater..

Offshore Roller,
Do you have any good pics of the interior? How is the room in the cockpit? Are you trading your 42? Thanks, Mat |
