Can someone explain these in detial? I assume they go through the boat and force air under thr hull? How are they ran through the hull? What is the performance gians?

I'm not sure about these, but most Naca ducts are used to replace the louvered vents for the air intake to the bilge.
Some maufacturers (OL i believe) use them to intake air to be used to ventilate the hull, but that is not the case for a Cig.

Like SummerObsession said they are used for air intake into the bilge. My Cig has them....Here is a picture, you cas see the ducts on the side of the boat above the rub rail.

Well, I tryed to post a pic from two different sites and it won't work. If you look at a newer Cig you will see the ducts on the side. Mine has three per side.
