How do I remove this panel

How do I remove this panel? There are a couple of screws that hold the bottom in, but what holds it on at the top and sides?

I want to put new vinyl on it.

Also can I buy the same vinyl from Cig?

Some of the headliner pieces and some of the side pieces need to come out first.
