bullet hydraulic mess
 

have a 1988 cig bullet the hydraulic line that operates the trim cylinder on the outdrive is leaking.the line comes out of the hydraulic pump and through the transom into the outdrive.I can see hydraulic fluid dripping down the transom in the engine compartment. do i have to pull the outdrive to repair the line.The outdrive is a bravo one

NO, there is a block on the bottom of the gimble that the line from the pump connects to the line that goes to ht ecylinder, all you'll need is a wrench to get it apart.

Just repaired the same type problem on a 95 Cafe, it was the collector Block under the drive. It corroded out, the hoses were fine.
