Thanks Force but after building new engines found a couple soft spots in the upper part of the transom. Found the rot around the exhaust ports from it not being sealed when they put the 3A's on it years ago before I bought it. So new transom is going in as well as paint and re-rig it the way I would like it rigged.

That sucks, I love old Flat Decks, post a thread so we can watch! looks like a sweet boat!

I love this boat and its ride. I'll keep you guys updated with all that's going on. It has to be ready by Memorial day so I need to get going

Thanks man, I saw all the fun you have coming up. We are going to go over the engines while they are out. I have had good luck with them but want to check everything out.
