Yeah, go to 31:26. One drive was pulling in water due to a leaky seal before the run. We were being "gentle" on the boat and not running hard, cruising. That Skater was cool, the older couple were really nice too. Ran into them later that night, they were having a hoot, came up from Florida and were running the boat around the Great Lakes, I think they just had purchased it? What a great fleet of hardware up there.
here ya go; The video screen grab is from when this pic was snapped from another boat, running with the Skater. https://cimg6.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.off...fa1b4d5d8.jpeg https://cimg7.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.off...e9336175c.jpeg |
My boat porpoises until upper 60s without tab, then you can see when you throttle up around 70-75 it lays down and goes. Water was kind of weird there, it was like oncoming quartering rollers.
meant to post this one (but you've all seen that one before); https://cimg9.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.off...4430c230b0.jpg |

Dave, here's a pic for your reference, water line. That should get you close. Maybe had more fuel in above pic? Or the boat lists to the Starboard.

The top pic looks like the old shooters/Fridays by the Cedar Point entrance. If so, we spent many an evening there by boat. Docked around the corner at Murray & Murray Dock of the bay.
