How many Cig 20's on OSO?

Just out of currousity.....how many 20' Cigs do we have on the board.
I didn't think many untill lurking on a few of the threads lately.
Let's hear the year/engine/outdrive.

Look it's winter.....and I'm board already.

Any one else with a Cig 20' running a Bravo 1 outie? :D
Just currious what prop's you're running if so.

Unlce ernie, I have an '85 with 350 /alpha ss combo. The motor is being pulled tomorrow, I'll see if I can slvage it or not but I am certainly ready to get the repowering process going. I will read this thread with great interest....Obviously! :drink:

My current setup ran 54 with a tired sbc experiencing Major blowby. 25pitch cleaver.

If everyone could, please post your speeds with your setup and please include the type of prop. thx

25p mirage - 385 Stock Mag Motor - 4750-4800 rpm runs solid 65mph.
Think I want a 23p mirage. May not cruise as nice, but I'd like to get to 70.
Don't know if 5200 rpm will help enough
Might have to break down and beef'er up. :D

1977 had a big block and TRS. Engine was missing when I got it. Just took off the TRS and stripped it out.

I am planning on putting a turbine in it of at least 700HP. I am also considering putting a jet drive in instead of the prop, but not sure yet. Time has been a problem. I'll keep everyone posted when I get further.

I have seen (1) 20' with a Berkley Jet out the back once, on Sean's T.Boat-Alley web sight. But since no one else has chimed in, I guess I'll ask...........
WHY 700hp?
My gawd that's a lot of power in a 19' 6" boat. Cig or not.
Yeah, I would wana see this when it's done, maybe not ride in it, but I wana see it :D

Well, First I believe I will lose lots of power with the jet. Some people say as much as 20%. From what I am finding out, I can go 325 HP or then have to go approx 700. Yeah, it will be a sick ride :)

Now that will be cool. A mini-me (cig).
Left mine all white with the obligotory Blue racing stripe
Looked at doing something wild, but like the ol' ones just white.
