Dealer in Los Angeles
 

Is there a Cigarette dealer in the Los Angeles area, i went to the boat show and there wasn't any there. I emailed Cigarette a couple months ago for info on the vice and never received any responce.

Dick Simon marine was the dealer but i dont know if there still active.

I am in the Seattle area, I called Neill directly and he routed me through Phil @ Lip-Ship. I would guess they would do the same for you.

Scott Conrad is a good guy to talk to. He owns SC Marine and Dick Simon Marine. He's the one that has the 42 Quatro Outerlimits and the 40 Skater at the show. He's very approachable and will be more than happy to answer any questions you have. Not taking anything away from Phil (he is the bomb) so is Tres, Glen and Craig over at Martin but if you want to drive down and have a sit-down with someone in the area, Scotts your man.

So does he have a number? i was hoping there would be something at the boat show to look at. I hope they are not as cramped as the Fountain's. The only boats that had the room i liked were Shockwave, Advantage and a Baja, so before flying across the country i would like to sit in one. I know the playboy is shorter than a topgun but i thought the cockpit was about the same size.

DSM's # is 949-488-3640 however, looking at his website it doesn't include Cig as one of his boats anymore just Skater and Outterlimits. He can still answer any questions you have. And he does have a few Cigs in stock. If you are going to the boat show he should be there all week.

I am sure the other Cig dealers reading this will not be happy.But,the bottom line is Phil builds the best Cigs.

I was given a choice, I chose Phil, Neil introduced me to him, Not sure why it cause a problem given the full explanation.

There are two kinds of cigarettes out there;
1) is a cigarette from Lip ship.

2) is a cigarette from other dealers.

If you ask around the board they will say Lip ship is the way to go because the are done right

Any time you see a Cigarette on the cover of a magazine,it is usaually a Lip-Ship edition.From Rough Riders and Tigers,Gladiators to Topguns,Lip-Ship boats are always there.Lip-Ship is to Cigarette what AMG is to Mercedes and M to BMW.

I sold Cigarettes for DSM back when Dick owned the place and we had a good relationship with the fine folks on 188th. Today, living in California and looking for a Cigarette (Even a new one) there are two people to call- Phill at Lipsip, and Jeff Cheing. Even though Jeff is not a dealer (Nobody is out this way) He can walk you through the process of what your boat "should" have. He has run all models of Cigs and can give educated advice. Plus, he will not try selling you another brand you dont want. So start with Jeff and then maybe you can both call Phill together.
Be VERY carefull dealing with anyone else in CA... VERY CAREFULL!!!
