My guess would be 75-76, I have 600's in mine and it does 80 no problem but it is kevlar and has a covergirl cabin. I had a deposit on that boat when it had 500's(last year) in it. Sent a buddy that was down their to look and said it was filthy and trashed, so I passed.
Looks good now though.

That boat has brand new Chief 700's, brand new drives, and runs 30p Bravos from my boat!! She has been up to 84mph but has some more. THe boat was immaculate when it left here, booming stereo, spotless paint, etc. You wont be dissappointed!!

Look close at the pic, the one you mentioned is a TS. Jeffreys is a straight hull.

no this one, i know the interior well, ive studied it ...lol i thought this one the 97 that was redone in 2000 by tres was sold a little while ago. maybe jeffrey bought it. could have sworn it was on the market a short while ago. anyway, its a very sweet rig, right up my ally. stecz. kramer your killing me...

FWIW:

It was sold by Everglades Marina when new, to a gentleman in Boca Raton, from there Tony M. bought it. It had HP500's in it, and it had the extended sun pad ( no scoops ), storage area, and 3 person stand up rear bolster all when new. The dash has been customized since then ( was plain white, no red paint, with red bezels ), and the Nav station has been added along the way too. If I remember correctly, its a Kevlar hulled boat. We advertised it to run 72 mph, which I personally never saw.

80 on the GPS at 5350, needs the props worked, non-labbed. This was on 2 short runs on the way to the lift from the ramp. This was after I installed full time gibson mufflers so I am sure I lost a couple of MPH for that. I think it has a real shot of a low 80's boat with some work and some seat time.

Engines dyno'd at 719 at 5400 by chief. They idle as nice as the 575sci I had in the pantera. Probably go to XR drives and would like to see what Konrad ends up with a shiftable drive.

Needs some TLC still and with all that has happened this last month I am sure most will have to wait until winter.

I would run those drives for a while... they were just rebuilt by Collabella!!
