88 Cafe ceiling panels

Anyone redo older cafe ceiling panels in vinyl? How to get them up without using to many screw button covers? ANY IDEAS WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

I redid my '90 panels in vinyl. I doubt if velcro will hold them up - mine pulled all the screws out and I had to add more the full length of the cabin.

If you want the to stay up listen to Cignificant. Mine came down also.
