02 35 Playboy

Help!
I am looking at a 35 Playboy with 500EFI's, can anyone tell me if there were problems with the 35's and if so what to look for.
Thanks

Re: 02 35 Playboy

which one are you looking at ? there are no problems with the 35' foot cigs . the only thing is they are hard to sell after ward because they cost almost as much as a top gun with the same power on the used market.

the one in tulsa should go for less then 200 if not you should look at a top gun. it will be easier to trade at a later date and time.

Re: 02 35 Playboy

you are correct, I was thinking of another boat.
The last time I called they were asking 249.000.
I think that is to high for that boat.

Re: 02 35 Playboy

are you looking at a 35 because of price or because a top gun is to big for you

Re: 02 35 Playboy

It does not matter to me if it is a 35 or 38, I know that 38's are better for re-sale.
I like this 35 in particular.

I love my 35, I could have bought the 38 but the 35 was a better fit for me. Whatever you chose, it is a Cig, you will enjoy it......If you have any particular ? pm me.........Ricky

I owned a 01 model and never had any issues with it. The boat handled great and would out accelerate a 38 with 575's.

Are you going to mainly run it on the Chain 'O Lakes, or Lake Michigan, or both ?

Cool.

I found that my 35 Cafe was fine for the Chain, but there were times out on the big pond where I wished I had the extra 2.6 feet.

Are you a member of N.I.O.C. or C.O.P.S. ( Chicago Offshore ) ?
