Was this the prototype which Sammy James used in 1973?
Crouse speak of a Bertram 38' prototype with the astronauts Gordon Cooper, but in a picture in Searace I think was this 36'.
Then you raced after you bought it?

Mr. Cig, the arch is back on along with a new Raymarine RD214 radome. The radome, along with a raymarine GPS antenna, is connected to a Raymarine C-120 multifunction display.
We took the Cigarette to Mackinaw City Municipal Marina for 5 nights. Then we were in the state marina on Mackinac Island for 8 nights. It rained on day out of the two weeks we were there with temps in the mid-to-high 80's.
Stormrider, if you get tired of waiting for Mr. Cig to sell his Cigarette you might consider giving me a call. We are considering a change.

This is turning into the section I look at first when I log onto OSO. :D

Here's my buddy John's 1989 Powerplay 33.

By the way, it's a three owner midwestern freshwater boat for sale at $46,000.

You're not fooling anyone - you stop by UC first :D :evilb:

Actually, I'm checking this section first too. These are the boats I like. I can appreciate the new boat's, and I understand the wild paint jobs, but I like these alot better.

Here's my old '85 Baja. I know it wasn't a classic, but it was enough for me.
